I have found the sandwich for the construction worker. I have also found a book on the desk of the library which contains an empty flask. The worker takes the sandwich and the flask - but what to do now? Thanks in advance for any hint.

Does anyone know how to get the hidden achievement Charmer? Just offering flowers doesn't seem to be enough. Unless you just have to beat the game after giving her flowers? Also, does anyone know how to complete the alchemy puzzle in the basement? I had to skip and am missing the achievement for completing it. Any help is appreciated....
