water
omg there is actually no water... this is kind of confusing to me, :S

Water is all over in the world, but I think getting it is confusing... we need to work on that. Go in the inventory, and click on a jar. If you are standing in any water or on your raft, you will have the option to fill your jar.

You can also do this from your "quick use" menu.

im not going to lie to you, i feel a little bit dissapointed with the game, in his current status i feel the game unfair, and im not going to refund it cause i want to be part of the development process but i think its unbalanced and unplayable at his current state.

im not going to lie to you, i feel a little bit dissapointed with the game, in his current status i feel the game unfair, and im not going to refund it cause i want to be part of the development process but i think its unbalanced and unplayable at his current state.

Fair enough. From your earlier comment we were talking about how it's difficult to understand how to get/use water. So, we're already taking your feedback!

One question, were you seeing windows pop up that gave you tutorial information? I think we have a bug where they don't always show up.

yea water from the river..but no clean..so you get ill...lose water and food to fast...and die..to fast...

i see some windows pop ut with tutorials but only 3 or 4, i dont know if thats right.

i get 1 or 2 windows at the first start..after this in the next game no window...

Noxcuse - it is possible to clean the water with a filter. You do this by crafting.

Huh, that might be a bug. In the previous build you consistently started off with a set of supplies including a filter, jar, splint, and I think a piece of jerky. Not sure if that's been toyed with.

i love the game, find it irritating that the wolf keeps killing me but i think that is my bad, but yeah water is difficult

If you have a jar, and it starts raining, you can use your jar to get clean water, even without a filter, maybe that will help you mate. Greetings

Tell you what I am impressed with, and I hope will carry on throughout early access: every second or third response on most threads is from a developer. That is exactly what we want to see in an early access game, but it is also what very rarely happens.

I just hope this carries on all the way through. Obviously I expect there are more responses right now as the developers are here on launch day to see how it is going, and there might not be quite so MUCH input from the devs on here, but it's nice when the developers are around regularly during early access, and this is a good sign so far.

Take a tip from Dram from bohemia, making take on mars. He is around all the time, and has been for like two years. He even added me as a friend to help me through some issues with that game, and even released a small update for an issue that only I seemed to be having, and did it within a few hours. I know that can't happen all the time, it's impossible, but that level of dedication is a good place to look for how to do early access right.

Good game so far devs, keep it up. Best of luck, although with a game this interesting and fun, you don't need luck

I just realized im really really stupid lol Didnt realize i had to click the USE button to get water near any water source -.- so dumb....

I have to say, first couple of times I tried it, I thought the character was either going to drink polluted water somehow, or that I was filling the firefly jar or something.

To the devs, it should say "Fill" instead of use whenever it's for putting water IN the jar, and it should say "Drink" when you are going to drink it. Just to avoid confusion.
