Paleo Diet Achievement?

Is this one of the achievements that isn't working, or does drinking dandelion tea count as "eating" a plant? I sailed well over 40 days before I ate any vegetation, but did use tea to cure snakebite.

I also reached 40 days only eating meat save for curing a snake bite. If the dandelion tea counts it might as well be 'don't get bit by a snake for 40 days' and name it 'crocodile hunter' or something like that, haha.

Unfortunately since the internet doesn't give the answer, I had to figure out from experience that drinking the tea (dandelion and I'm sure sumac as well) does count as eating plants. The achievement should say "Don't CONSUME plants" instead of "Don't EAT plants" which would be more clear since it calls drinking the tea and eating meat consuming in the game. I played on PS5 and got to day 67 with only drinking the tea once. No trophy. Then I got to day 40 without drinking the tea and it gave me the trophy right away. Since snakes are sometimes nearly impossible to see sometimes, if you are going for this trophy and you get bitten by a snake, just back out to the main menu right away and then continue your game. It doesn't save constantly like the Soulsborne games so your snake bite will be gone. I used this exploit on PS5 and I imagine it works on PC too.
