Report a translation problem
Another thing to note is that if it's raining, and you land at a campfire island, the fire will be out. Sometimes if I see an island in the distance and it's raining, I'll try and slow down to see if it stops before I get there. If you have some tinder, however, you can relight the campfire once the raining has stopped.
I don't think it's 100% but I'm pretty sure most of the campfire islands have a shelter you can sleep in. So if it's raining, and you get there, you can take a nap while waiting for the rain to stop and then head over to restart the fire.
