City mysteries in the Reach

ive completed all city mysteries with my main and one of my alts, however trying to do them in the Reach for a third time with my second alt is a problem, the icons are on the map but i dont get a prompt to pick them up, also looking at the map index it says city mysteries 3/3 as if they are completed.

I had the same problem being on another quest in the same area, but after that quest was finished, the mysteries were available too. Guess they may be interfering with one another.

In my case I did have to look at some quest items in my inventory (read a map per example) to continue with those.

I had already started them. But unless you look at those items you are stuck.

I wasnt able to do them until i entered storms end i went back to the reach and picked them up.
