LAN Support?
Hi,

loved Generals back in the days and still playing it. It still is a blast on LAN partys nowadays.
Can we expect this also on AoA?

Don't think so. I mean, in any newer game no LAN mode is implied. Also you need an Eugen System Account to login. Especially strategie games won't get any, because of all the pirates out there. If a LAN mode is there, everyone could crack AoA and play it via Tungle & co.

Grey Goo added LAN and they advertised it so much. I have never heard anything about LAN support for AoA.

There are still many games with LAN mode. That there isn't any anymore is nothing than an urban legend.

To be honest, a lan mode would be my buying point , I love old style RTS games but mostly cause I play in a lan party every weekend , AoE and Warcraft III specifically , so it would definitely get a purchase from me and everyone in my LAN party... ( Around 16)

so why you want and >? of course for pirated version
you can play with your friend or your brother just buy the game and invite no need for lan
c&c who play lan most of them use pirated version

LAN isn't the same as playing over the Internet. It just isn't. Anyone who's actually attended a LAN party or hosted a LAN get-together with friends/family knows this. Clearly, you've done neither.

You have to explain why we want it to explain why we demand it. You clearly don't know the difference.

Does this Game Feature a LAN option for Mp?

I was wondering the same thing. No most people do not use LAN for pirated versions. I prefer LAN whenver possible since my internet is not that fast and I hate going out of sync or losing connection:steamhappy:

No.

MP is online only (though there is offline skirmish).
