"All good; all your games have the required rating entered."
I guess it either inherited the rating for Portal or someone already did it for me. It's also possible mods or DLC aren't included in this requirement. I guess we'll see for sure on the 15th.
I don't see a rating yet, whereas Portal 2 mods like Mel, Reloaded and Revolution have one.
I'll keep you updated in a couple of days.

as SpielSatzFail says, Rexaura is now blocked in Germany. Not to worry though, we figured out what is going on:
Even though Steamworks tells you "All good; all your games have the required rating entered.", that's actually wrong.
What you have to do: resubmit the content survey once again.
Only this time (on completion) an age rating for Germany gets created.
Very simple, but incredibly confusing communication from Valve regarding this issue.
