game freezes in wake up note

Hey i got the ending where you go outside at the end through a tunnel and find the police. Is this the good ending? Is the other ending a secret ending or bad ending?

There is a jumpscare in this game about a minute in, just after the player kneels to get past a low ceiling obstacle. Having a jumpscare in a game, in the year of our lord 2025, that is so ear-piercingly loud that I have to throw my headphones off of my head, is a good way to get me to click the Ignore button on the Store page. If you're going to do a jumpscare, don't do it like this. Please think about making a good game and not just some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for dopey streamers to do react content with. Thank you...

Does this game has a saving system? I read in one review that it doesn't have checkpoints. But is there any kind of manual saving or do you have to finish it in one sitting?

Just the achievement of having completed the game is fine.
