Royalty Free-For-All's second Feature Presentation has aired today, debuting a new "COMING SOON" trailer and a wealth of information about the progress we've made since closing our Kickstarter campaign in September. Let's dive right in!

We heard the feedback, and we agreed! Now every character has a grapple attack that can GRAB enemies through their shield. GRAB Attacks are set by default to the right shoulder button, but of course you can customize controls any way you like. And characters whose grapple moves predated this decision have gained new attacks in their place!

You may have noticed here that we've introduced new VFX. But did you notice that we've updated every single asset in the game?? It was no easy feat, but we're coming away looking better than ever.

Our Feature Presentation outlines a new setup of RULES presets for Stock, Time, and a new PARTY MODE, which treats offstage boundaries as WORMHOLES to the other side of the stage. With wild interactions and no SDs in sight, this will be the best way to show Royalty Free-For-All to friends and family who find other games in the genre too difficult.

Our stages are populated with fun cartoon foods that vary according to your location. But on Mondays, they all serve lasagna. I'd hate to miss out! Meanwhile, highres images of real-life food heal a bit more than our drawings do.

Then there are dozens of intractable items like TNT, Zeus' Thunderbolt, Powerups, and even cameo items in honor of fighters that have been requested to join the roster.

All these features and more will be playable in a free demo for the upcoming Steam Next Fest, February 23rd through March 2nd. Friends can enjoy hilarious, approachable cartoon battles in person with local multiplayer, and online in 1v1 Quickplay and Private Lobbies for up to four players plus spectators, save replays, and even fully customize the controls to your liking.

Colonel Bleep is a spaceman from the planet Futura, a utopian society of peace and progress. He was sent to Earth to keep an eye on its humans, a primitive and war-hungry species endangering life across the universe with its developing nuclear technologies.
