HELP
I will be installing Windows 10 soon, but I don't want to lose my progress on Portal Stories : Mel.
How can I achieve this?
And where are the save files, and where do I put them when I'm in Win 10 and have installed Portal Stories : Mel?

Thanks in advance,

Well, if you install windows 10 you don't loose any progress or files you currently have.

But, if by any chance your pc explode (can't think of another example), all your saves any synced with steam cloud so whatever computer you choose or buy a new one, you have the option to save the saves there or use the cloud ones.

I've just migrated from Win7 to Win10.
Saves are left untouched, like pretty much everything on my PC.
But if you want to be 100% sure they will not be deleted, saves should be in: Steam\SteamApps\common\Portal Stories Mel\portal_stories\SAVE

Thanks ;)
I'm installing fresh
That means I'll have everything deleted to have a new, fresh start

even if you uninstall your game, your saves will still be saved (valve don't care about much space you use on the cloud, they're rich and can buy as many servers they want lol)
