Lima Whiskey = Lone Wolf?

In the phonetic alphabet, Lima Whiskey means LM, which are the "initials" of LoneWolf2056. Is this intentional?
Bravo Volta means BV. What about that?

Wait are there testing shafts mentioned in portal 2? Never saw any dialogue about it....

I wrote the names in based on the unused Testing Sphere/Shaft signs that were in Portal 2's files but not used in the game. There were things like "Bravo Volta" and "Lima Whiskey," so they were used. The only survivng one in game (and I'm making my best guess that it's a leftover) is the secondary name for Test Shaft 9.
