• Achievements are back, but currently only cat collection achievements are active, working the same way as before

• We reduced the total number of achievements to stay within the Steam 100 achievement limit

• In the next few days, we will enable achievements for:

  • Collecting all cats from a box

  • LVL 20 Badge

  • Click milestones

• Item-related achievements will be fully added in version 1.0

We want to share a detailed look at what’s coming in Catwifhat v1.0, our biggest and most important update so far. This version is a huge step forward for the game and focuses on expanding progression, collections, rarity, and long-term goals.

Below is a full breakdown of what you can expect.

In version 1.0, clicking will become a fully developed core mechanic.

• We are adding over 300 items obtainable directly from clicking

• Each item will have clearly defined drop chances, including very rare rates such as:

  • 1 / 400,000

  • 1 / 800,000

  • and even rarer drops

Clicking will no longer be just about numbers — it will be a key way to hunt for rare and valuable items

Some items will be extremely difficult to obtain, making them true long-term goals for collectors.

We are expanding both the Inventory and Collection systems with entirely new categories.
New tabs will include:

• Materials

• Tools

• Cosmetics

• Artifacts

• Weapons

• Cooking Items

This update will significantly increase the depth of collecting and progression.
Later updates will expand this even further with recipes and pets.

Progression is getting a major overhaul:

• Almost all items obtained from drops will grant XP

• This means collecting, clicking, and grinding rare items will directly advance your level

• The Rewards system will be expanded with new milestones

• Maximum level will be increased to LVL 50, with many new rewards added along the way

This makes item hunting meaningful not only for collection and trading, but also for leveling up.

To make the game clearer and more beginner-friendly:

• We are adding a FAQ button directly in the game

• It will explain core systems like:

  • How XP works

  • How drops work

  • How progression and rewards function

This should reduce confusion and answer common questions without needing external guides.

One of our goals for v1.0 is to give dedicated players something truly challenging to chase.

• Many items will have extremely low drop chances, including rates as low as 1 / 3,000,000

• Completing the full collection will be intentionally very difficult

• Ultra-rare items should become highly valuable on the market, rewarding persistence and dedication

This is designed to support long-term play, trading, and bragging rights.

Version 1.0 is only the beginning. After the release, we will focus on expanding and improving core systems, including:

• Further development of the Forge

• New Litter Boxes with unique mechanics and rewards

• Expanded Crafting system

• Recipes that will allow you to create powerful and rare items

These systems will build on the item and material foundation introduced in v1.0 and will continue to deepen progression and player choice.

Version 1.0 is not just another update — it’s the foundation for everything that comes next.
It transforms Catwifhat into a deeper incremental and collection-focused experience, with meaningful rarity, progression, and long-term goals.
