Where is the Auction House?

go on the central road to the left, before entering the genoseed fields will see two guys.
talk to them...

I have checked the road like ten missions in a row (since stealing the goddess idol) and not seen any such people. Wondering if it's bugged out for me. I saw them on a previous save that I lost due to another bug...

Is there some condition to make these guys show up?

I have the same problem as twig. I just saw a video on where the auction house is, but whenever I try to get there, it moves me to Genoseed Field right away, skipping that section of the map.
