Here you go, it's just not listed on the steam page for whatever reason.

As an FYI, the soundtrack is a DLC, which means that if you don't own the game in your account, it won't show up, or even let you make the purchase! I "own" the game through a family shared account (the other adult in my household), so I can play the game, but I can't buy the DLC/soundtrack using Steam. Steam lets me add it to the cart, but it says "Your transaction failed because you are trying to buy 'Grim Fandango Remastered - Soundtrack' which requires ownership of 'Grim Fandango Remastered'. Please correct the error and try again." Boo. So if you're in a Family Sharing environment, make sure you're signed into the account that actually owns the game. Unless the soundtrack over-writes the existing soundtrack within the game, I think it's pretty silly to force people to own the game before they can buy the music. "No! You haven't seen the movie in the theaters yet. You cannot buy that CD of the soundtrack. No soundtrack for you!"

I've run into this problem also, the DLC doesn't seem to exist according to steam unless you know the direct URL (I already own the stand-alone version).
Reckon this needs bumping up until it is corrected;
we don't want anyone that already owns the stand-alone version to think they are forced into buying it again bundled with the soundtrack, now do we?

I bought the soundtrack DLC but I couldn't find how to download the soundtrack as an MP3. Can someone tell me how? I love the soundtrack of this game

Unless you have canine hearing and $1000+ headphones, I really think it's a big fuss about nothing. The music is almost always equally enjoyable with either format.

My dogs have canine hearing, lack $1000+ headphones, but I haven't heard them complaining!

I think, if you purchased the DLC and the game is downloaded, you just go to Library -> Games, right-click on the game, bring up Properties, and under Local Files there's a Browse Local Files... button. When you click that, I think the OST is in there.
