We've verified it works.

Have you tried again since this report? What occurs when you try it?

Works for me, however it doesn't scale to the client monitor properly (macbook pro)

This is what my log looks like:

Video size: 1920x1200, output size: 1920x1200
Thu Jan 29 19:46:42 2015 UTC - CVideoToolboxAccel: CMVideoFormatDescriptionCreateFromH264ParameterSets() failed: -12712
Thu Jan 29 19:46:42 2015 UTC - Hardware decode failed, falling back to software decoding
Thu Jan 29 19:46:42 2015 UTC - libav error: missing picture in access unit
Thu Jan 29 19:46:42 2015 UTC - libav error: no frame!
Thu Jan 29 19:46:42 2015 UTC - /Users/buildbot/buildslave/steam_rel_client_osx/build/src/streaming/common/streamframe.cpp (647) : Assertion Failed: HasEvent( k_EStreamFrameEventStart )

Its running on a GTX 970 with latest drivers. Sometimes it starts but quits throwing the "unexpected error (2)" error. Hooking up again brifly shows the game but then quits again with the same log messages.

Turning off hardware encoding seems to have fixed it. I'm on a mac btw

Also using native resolution doesn't resize on the client system, so it is unplayable unless you change the resolution on the master to match the slave for it to work perfectly.
