Can someone please explain how to obtain this achievement? a video could be helpful. Thanks!

Terry is leading a chant with the other worker bees. You have to join the chant, staying in sync with the other workers' responses until you get the achievement.

The chance appears after you got him into trouble with a little red book and then saved him afterwards pulling a little favor.. and then do as the abovementioned.

The trick is that the last two "slogans" must be chanted in syncro with the others and not wait for Terry to say his part and then repeat. So "We're strong, we fight" and "Alright" must be started at the right time and for that you should have listened to all the chanting at least once before or you'll miss the moment. Had trouble with this as well, but just hit the talk icon as soon as you see the bee-in-the-blue-shirt's mouth start moving.

After Nick gets terry out of prison, go down to the docks to where the bees are protesting.

you have to right click on Terry and then click the "text bubble/speaking option" to chant with the bees.

after Terry says a line, click this option so you repeat his line at the same time as the other bees

i recommend saving after each chant because if you stuff up once you have to start the whole sequence again.

Not sure if this is an issue with the German localization but it looks to me as if the 'We're strong' and 'we fight' are two pieces that have to be triggered individually.

Geez, I couldn't even figure out how to chant. The "u" key didn't do anything, clicking and right-clicking on Terry didn't display any icons ...

So, duh: you have to walk Manny close to the bees and turn his body so that he's looking at Terry. Then the "u" key makes Manny chant.
