Stuck on the ^*&$$*% tree puzzle

How the ♥♥♥♥ do I beat this ♥♥♥♥? I tried googling it and found no useful info. I'm about to get a refund if I cant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ solve it. How do I bneat this ♥♥♥♥? plz help.

Then you obviously can't use the internet. :D There are countless guides, videos, ect. Just go up to Youtube, and watch a walkthrough.

To be honest, I find it really funny that you can't do it yourself. I completed the whole game as a kid, without any help, and without any english knowledge! :P

Anyway, you won't get refund just because you can't solve a puzzle in a puzzle game...

You need to move the wheel barrel over the 4 hoses that connect to the 4 pulsing antenaes on the tree so that the two on the left side pulse at the same time and then the two on the right side pulse at the same time. IF you do this correctly you'll notice the tree will start to shake a lot more.

Then get Glotis to climb the tree and work on it a bit. While he is up there you need to pul the lever again to make him go swinging around like crazy. That plus the shaking from the pulsing anteneas will caise the tree to crack/break and will free up the machinery for Glotis to use.

Just a useful tip, there's a guide on here that is a complete walkthrough of the first year, I've used it when I got stuck some times :)

You couldn't even be bothered looking up a walkthrough of the game? There have literally been dozens of playthroughs of this game, some even of the original version before it got remastered! But seriously, you bought a puzzle game that is designed to challenge the player, and you actually threaten to get a refund because you can't beat a puzzle? That's called getting what you paid for! If the puzzles were too easy, then I would feel ripped off.

We all have our weakness, Mine is Rhythm and music puzzles I hate them. Also remember this is a 90s adventure game were logic is figuring what blend of drugs the devs were on when they made the game.

Yo! Smartasses it IS a difficult puzzle, I don't care if you solved it when you were 2. Btw the key is to switch the level back on while the driver-deamon is "balancing these doggies". This is were I got stuck. People provide help not judgement!

Guides have existed forever, however I find this puzzle difficult due to the technology limitations when this game was created.

Most of the walkthroughs and videos don't explain the logic behind the puzzle, which can make the puzzle feel like trying and guessing and frustrating. But if you look at the tree thing, there are four sails - at the beginning, they are all completely not synchronized. Your goal is to make each pair of sails (the left and right) synchronized so that both the left ones move at the same time and then the right ones do the same. This will add enough unbalance that the tree falls once the daemon goes over it. How to make them synchronized? You use the cart to stop the electricity going to it by moving the wheel on top of the corresponding cable.
