Lengua #22 missing

Hi,

I got stuck in year 2 so I checked in the walkthrough and found out I should show the card to the tattoo guy in order to get some photo from his album. I had the card #22, got the coat, but I no longer have the card, I tried giving the coat back, the girl said she would give me a number, Manny said she already had given him one, she asked which one it was and he replied he didn't remember and that he had lost it. What the heck happened and what should I do now? 0_o
