Glottis is not in the Upper Lounge

I'm guessing I didn't finish something. I've gotten the turkey baster, the metal detector, card to the high roller casino, a key and most everything I could find. But when I go to the high roller casino, there is no Glottis in the upper part of the casino. Please help. How do I get Glottis up there?

you need to talk to him when he is at the piano. you need to mention that you both are going to leave town in the morning, than he decides to go to drink and gamble. something like that.
