Cannot locate certain customers late night

I am doing door to door sales after dark but couldn't find the following npcs:-

Ludwig
Sam
Lucy
Elizabeth
Eugene

Anyone knows where these people are on the map during late night?

Ludwig hangs out at or near the pizza place during the day. Sam in the same general area during the day. The others, no idea. Find them during the day and make the customers then when the call you for a buy schedule delivery at night.

Probably at home. Their location on the map is usually where they are at during the day. At least in my experience.

I know where they are during daytime I am specifically looking for info on their location at night

What I was suggesting was that once you find them in the day and make them a customer you schedule the for a delivery at night. That way you know where they are.

Elizabeth lives at the docks with one other girl. A few characters in uptown cannot be accessed because you cannot knock on the door, like lily/ray etc.

Edit: Last night she went to the door behind the slop shop; seems to be random?

That doesn't work though does it?
If I arrange a delivery they get a "recently traded" debuff after I make the delivery and cannot offer them a seperate deal to sell them more drugs.

They will call you once you have made them a customer to ask for "product". You then can set up the general time of day. Two daylight and two night time. There is a restriction as to the time of day you are in that you can schedule it but generally any one made during the day can be scheduled at night.

Same thing happened to me. I found some of them locked in animation loops on the edge of sidewalks and streets, at trees and other ground objects.
If i punched them they would get mad at me, then reset and walk to the spot they go to to meet us. A few I never found.

I got around this by giving them to Dealers so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. This didn't seem to happen to any of the end game high spender Clients.

Elizabeth, the blue-haired girl, is usually by the docks or the bench outside of the basketball court facing the street. I usually find her there. I will comment back again when I confirm some of the others but I'm pretty sure I know where Ludwig, Sam and Lucy are all at.

NPC can schedule deals in different locations. If you follow the waypoint and no one is there, you may be too early.

Elizabeth was out at the bench at 12am. She moved at 1 am and she went up the stairs near the motel and I saw her on my map at 4am by the same apartment as Ludwig.

Ludwig at 8am is at the Sauerkraut pizzeria, and once curfew hits he moves to the apartment behind the Slop Shop. Slop Shop is near Taco Ticklers and barbershop.

Sam is at the supermarket from 7-8pm, and then he walks to Thompson Construction and Demolition. He gets in his orange mustang and drives to his house, which is at the street with the gazebo. His house is one of the two at the end, you should see his orange car there after 11pm. He is not able to be spoken to unless he is out for a scheduled deal.

Lucy goes into a room at the apartment behind the Slop Shop, same as Ludwig and Elizabeth, at around 8pm

ye I found out that the apartment behind slop shop and the house Sam lives in are inaccessible. So I would have to catch them on their routine during daytime if I want to offer them a deal directly.
