Botanist refuses to work on right-most plant
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3472099981
The plant on the left used to be against the right wall. The botanist would not do anything with it so I moved it to the left side. Now the botanist ignores the next plant over. In both cases the right-most plant is ignored.

Anyway, this is the botanist now (she deserved it):

While I'm here... do employees ever wake up after being punched unconscious?
Watching this thread, hoping there's an answer other than the "well it's early access". I got myself a mixing station that broke every chemist and handler that was assigned to it. Tried to change the worker, tried to reset the task, tried removing the mixer in question and putting it back again, it's like working for a day then the next day every worker interacting with said mixer is broken again.
If the employee isn't just running out of time then its the bug. Yes, there is a bug where botanists just stop working ... but most times I see that when they get stuck at the pot on the light frame and don't leave at 4am to stand outside.

If its that then empty the pot and remove the pot from the floor and place it again without turning it. Set the worker again and save reload. They should start working again, if not fire the employee and hire a new one.

Its a pain in the backside fixing employee bugs ... but its the only thing I've found that has a chance of fixing them sadly.

okay this might sound daft but looking at the 1st screenshot there is a piece of leaf rubbish on the edge of the pot, now i know it sounds silly but it's position could be bugging the pot out, i have had trash land in odd places causing workers to stop and just finding and picking that odd bit of trash up has got things moving again, especially with cleaners when they bug out :)

It wasn't an issue of the botanist just not working at all, as she was going through all the motions with the other plant pots. She just skipped the one for some reason, and when asked she said there was no work for her to do.

Of course, I double/triple checked all the settings and they were identical to the other pots and supplies were available.

Interesting idea but I don't recall any trash being present before I moved the other pot.

Also after the next day started she actually got around to collecting the plant in the screenshot. That wasn't the case with the first plant though.

Move the storage back so there's at least two grid spaces between plants and storage, currently it looks like there's only one space.
