Dodgy Dealing
uhh so im at the have friendly relationship with chloe, beth, and ludwig... but I HAVE LOYAL WITH CHLOE AND LUDWIG. how to i get it to complete?

far as i know the only way to raise loyalty is to sell them more drugs.

Yea just put your drugs up for sale in the phone app and after awhile they will hit you up. Then more and more until you get friendly. This works when unlocking new areas as well. You find a potential customer, give them a free sample then they start hitting you up wanting to buy the drugs you sell. Tip: If they keep denying your drugs, then go to contacts on the phone and find that person and look for the effects they like and make a drug with those.

Give them extra bags per sale for less and increase that faster.

This achievement is not about getting relationships with customers, it unlocks when you recruit your first dealer, Benji Coleman. If you follow the story missions you should get him pretty early.

I have him already. I am at the point where I need to get the friendship meter to friendly, but I already got it to loyal. It just won’t complete.
