Lost gameplay.
Has anyone else lost all their gameplay? Meaning having to give free samples, can't interact with the dealers or even launder money anymore? I am basically starting from scratch again but every time I give these free samples and I save/quit I return to the game to have to give the SAME PEOPLE samples again?! Please tell me you have had this and fixed it?!

Yeah bought the full game. Never even tried the free one out. It’s like my save file has been corrupted. Noticed too from looking here it’s happening to a lot of people

Yes, the save files are a problem. They can still become corrupted at the moment. Tyler seems to be working on it. That's why I back up my save files. There's also a script that does this automatically.

Thanks for that but what happens now to my save files that have gone? Am I able to get those back? I’m playing mainly co-op with a friend and they are fine! It’s just me, my cloud saves are from the 11th of April when I played long after that. Also I am playing on a Mac and using crossover so I don’t actually know where the save files are located. I am not tech savvy haha

I think your save file is lost, I don't know. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with macOS. But in Crossover (similar to Wine), there must be a Windows prefix where the save files are. Have you searched your user home area? The search for this location is probably somewhere on the web. You could then create a backup for future reference.

Yeah I tried to look for it but I can't see it, this is my first time using steam or playing on a computer tbh. So I don't really know what I am doing. I am thinking the cloud saving is buggy and that is why a lot of people have also lost their progress. Just glad to know it isn't me just bugging out and hopeful for a fix soon! People have been in this state since the end of March so it has been going on for a while now.
