Ehh, that's fine, they're not real bananas anyway, they're clones, made by some dude who had an obsession with the James Bond Jr cartoon in the early 70's, called it something like les banana terrible.

Nintendo is the worst for doing things like this patent on every kind of video game mechanic. GTA is a great example of copying and mocking corporations.
