First Bungalow Purchase, what do you use it for?
I'm having trouble making the Bungalow worth it, I have just been using the apartment to grow 10 plants. Is there a strategy for when you first get the Bungalow to turn more profit? It doesn't seem like I'm selling weed fast enough with only 1 dealer. Do you have employees for weed farming at the Bungalow? Or should I be mixing something harder instead? I bought a Laundromat to launder, so I'm doing "okay", just not great.

Any tips would be appreciated, thanks.

I mean you eventually get a quest where you have to get a bunch more equipment.. no way that all fits in the apartment.. and yes you can get workers to help automate stuff.. it's part of the progression.

Okay, so just keep trying to level and it will trigger something? I'm only a Peddler 1 or 2 I think. That makes sense. Thanks.

Yes that is correct. You will have to start buying more stations and stuff. Just keep leveling up. :)
Use the Sweatshop for weed and the Bungalow for Meth (using a max of 8 ingredients for full automation). Hire a handler to help with the Meth. Once you unlock the Barn, move your weed production to the Bungalow and put a load of drying racks in there. I never use the Sweatshop once I unlocked the Barn.

It's just more space to have bigger operation. Motel room is tiny, Sweatshop slightly bigger but just barely. Bungalow is the first upgrade that makes a real difference.
Once you're at end-game you can use it to produce base Meth, then grow coke and weed at the Barn and mix and package it all at the Warehouse.

Keep in mind it's very easy to supply the current amount of customers so don't go too crazy with how much you're producing. Mixing is probably the most annoying thing to manage so don't go too crazy with how much you have to mix otherwise it's just a logistical headache.

It'd be real nice if you could manage the handlers better with more routes or just assigning shelves and mixers to automatically be brought certain products asap.

I have managed to turn it into fully automated (5 employees) mixing house for all 8 ingredients. Only thing I do is buy ingredients for them because the shop is near and pack the produce.

Oh and I put basic meth lab in the corner for some personal fun time cooking.

Good job. The more you sell and collect from your dealers increases the xp you get every night. Raising that unlocks more stuff down the road.

Have fun :buzzed::mead:
i have 7 weed growing plants but i upgraded them with leds and those fixtures and hired a cleaner and a packer. just tried to focus on coinsistently produce more weed.
