Stick to the weed brother.
We're currently scaling up Meth, bc with the exact same amount of effort mixing weed, we can mix Meth that sells for 340$ per unit.
Selling low-quality low-mixed products ain't worth it overall.
Wait until you get to cocaine....I have a 6 item mix that pulls in just over $600 per unit now. I've actually stopped selling weed and meth at this point because of that.
To answer your question:
Meth and it's derivatives are usually worth more per unit. When giving jars of product to dealers, 5 stacks of meth jars is much more money than 5 stacks of weed, and dealers seem to distribute them just as fast. When customers directly order, they usually only order the same amount of a product, regardless if it's weed or meth, but meth pays for more per item slot.
Since customers only order so much stuff at once, dealers have limited inventories, and you can only be in so many places at once, if you can make enough meth to fit demand, it actually makes more money in a particular time frame than weed, despite lower profit margins per ingredient.
All of this is true of coke as well, but there is a stage of the game where you can upscale even meth while not having unlocked coke yet.
Of course, if you can't make enough meth to meet the demands of your dealers and personnel customers, then yeah stick to weed, it's way cheaper to upscale and far more customizable due to it's 4 base products and combined recipe list. Or just make as much meth as you can upscale, and then any extra space in the dealer's inventory you fill with weed.
Another thing is that generally meth is more cash for your personnel effort. Preparation at the chem station is tedious, but the oven is like two clicks, and cracking is like 2 clicks and three mouse swings. Weed is a bunch of clicks for seeding, a lot of hand movements for fertilizer, and a lot of clicks or hand movements for harvesting.
It is 100% worth it
I am trying cocaine at Docks Warehouse and 1 plant guy is bugged because my plants are at right wall. The left wall is fine.
