I've lost everithing. Help

I've been playing this game since launch, but I haven’t played in about a month.

I signed in with the same account I used back when the game launched, but now it’s starting me from the beginning—everything is gone: outfits, Whimstars, Blings, levels, all of it. I tried logging in through Epic as well, but the same thing happens there.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance

My first thought is.. did you register your email on Infold's website? If you use whatever email address you had used when you first signed up (where all your stuff is at) you should have been able to link that with steam (first ensuring your email is on the Infold account).

I was able to link mine with steam but now choose to play with the original global launcher instead (less buggy).

If you are using the email you first used with the game, my best guess is you need to go to infold account settings and register that email in your account.

Have you checked on the Infold website and made sure your account includes the E-mail you are trying to use to log in? Otherwise, you need to bind it to your account to log in on Steam.

Yep, i binded the account but it still don't work. i've tried it here, in epic and in the global laucher but nothing, everything gone :( ive emailed them to see whats happening.
