Transferring from Official PC Launcher to Steam, outfits, items GONE! PLEASE HELP!

People are worried about photos, but what's going on?? I went from the official PC launcher to Steam, I didn't delete anything, I binded my account, and it made me have to start a new Nikki and a new tutorial as if I was a new player and all my outfits and items are gone? And now I don't know where all my game progress went? I'm freaking out here, did it get consumed by the tutorial or something?? Please help!

Everything is still there from what I checked when I launch the game from the official PC launcher still...but steam despite having the account binded is like "outfits, items, progress, gone"

Did you bind the correct email? I started playing on mobile by logging into my google account, so I had to connect my email to my infold account first and then connect the email to my steam account. It's not very intuitive, but I hope you'll find a solution that works!

My infold email is the same for my google email, but...maybe I need to do it again? I need it to re-write over the "new player" nikki it made me make on steam. I don't even have any of my achievements from before steam right now... OTL

Enter the game through the global launcher and in the settings select "delete account", you don't need to delete the account, just call the infold menu, click on the infold logo, the account information will open, there you can link your email to it. Then log in only from the steam client, when you log in to the old account, steam will link itself, in my case it worked

Ok this is VERY important- CAN I delete my steam account of infinity nikki with the tutorial character it made me make, BUT it won't delete my ACTUAL account from the PC official launcher? (this could be the problem, but I don't want to accidentally delete my TRUE account not from steam in the process O^O )

I didn't try the Steam version, but the new update starts with somewhat of a tutorial without your stuff as well, but it's very short.

I thought that too at first but then it didn't give me my stuff back at ALL, and then I knew something was wrong since I saw other people DID have their stuff...

Did you manage to do this? I am having this problem, I want to switch to my main account but the game only gives me the option to delete the account and I am afraid of deleting my main one.
