WE WON'T TOLERATE THIS!!!!

I have already charged over £1270 on Infinity Nikki, and here’s my list of complaints and demands. We need to show Infold Games that we won't tolerate this.

1. [The £30 Makeup Issue at Launch]
Two months after launch, Infold Games released substitute items for the original exclusive £30 pack without providing any compensation or even updating the makeup.
This created conflict between F2P/light spenders and mid-to-heavy spenders. Buying the £30 pack now feels meaningless except for its "cosmetic value."

2. [Outfits Now Split into 11+ Pieces]
For those unfamiliar with previous Nikki games:
Collecting a full outfit used to require saving in-game resources (at least 40 Revelation Crystals) for at least one month.
Now, even paying players must spend over £40 to complete a full set.
This is equivalent to the cost of a full 4-star pavilion with guaranteed drops.
This isn’t just inflation — it’s a blatant cash grab.

3. [Mira Crown Event Delayed to Monthly Cycle]
Mira Crown used to refresh every 14 days. Now it’s once a month, reducing the amount of free resources players can earn.

4. [Independent Colour Palettes for Each Part]
If a five-star outfit has 10 parts and each part requires its own dye, players will need 10 times more resources compared to a shared palette system.
Earlier Nikki games (Shining Nikki) initially had independent palettes too, but they switched to shared palettes after massive player backlash.
We must demand shared dye palettes now.

5. [Mira Journey Offers No Real Value]
The Mira Journey requires both money and effort.
In my case, the resources from the Mira Journey aren’t even enough for the current limited-time Resonance — I have to combine them with direct top-ups.
Some early Mira Journey outfits for Momo were cute (like the Roar one), but overall, the quality isn't worth the cost.
We need more proper Nikki outfits, not just Momo's Cloak.

6. [Missing Top-up Bonuses, Cumulative Rewards, and VIP Service]
Top-up progression and cumulative rewards are seriously lacking.
There’s no VIP support service despite players spending significant amounts.
Honestly, even just adding the £30 makeup to the top-up track could have prevented a lot of anger.

Our Basic Demands:
Return Mira Crown to a 14-day cycle
Guarantee complete outfit rewards after collecting enough parts
Set a fixed number of pulls for outfit completion
Implement shared dye palettes
Increase top-up bars, add cumulative rewards, and give proper incentives

Additional Issues:
Only a few major maps have opened after six months — this is unacceptable production speed.
Very few new photo modes, emotes, or interactive scenes.
Mira Journey outfits and bonus packs are delayed indefinitely.
Is this really what you call an “open-world dress-up game”?

Here are the two key points from their Apology Letter.

1. 'we guarantee that the number of pieces in 5-star outfits will not exceed 11, and major changes will be communicated in advance through official channels.'

2. 'In response, we are planning to end the current contest at 03:59:00 on May 16 (Server Time), with the next contest starting immediately at 04:00:00 on May 16 (Server Time). Starting from the next cycle, the Mira Crown Pinnacle Contest will be held twice a month, starting on the 1st and 16th of each month (Server Time).'

A F2P game only works if there is people paying, idk if you all knew that. So OP has every right to be mad about the state of the game and demand for better stuff. This game is not an indie, it's made by a really big company and earns a LOT of money monthly. They totally can do better, they just didn't care to.

Change the guaranteed minimum to complete a 5 star outfit to maximum 180pulls! Its disgusting to try this cost creep on us and assume we will just roll over and accept it in an already too expensive system! Really 5 star pity should be at 10 to strike a balance between profit and affordability!!

Miracrown must be no longer then 14days! You think we wouldn't notice the huge loss we will take by you extending it and taking away our rewards?

98 (980 stellarites) for the graceful elegance set x 2 is hideously expensive. You just keep wanting to push our boundaries after you pushed the price up on 1.4's Queen chess outfit and now you're pushing again??

The "Shake Up Bubble Jar!" event rewards are dismal for the money required to gain everything in the tiers. We demand you lower the requirements as any purchases should allow us access to the rewards and do not force us to spend and spend.

4. We reject your attempt to squeeze more money out of your customers by making the new sets 11 pieces, its unnecessary bloat in a blatant attempt to increase your profits and we will not have it!!!

5. The bathtub set was a horridly exorbitant price, how dare you try charge that amount! Even your new 'reduced price' is not good enough. We are making a stand to tell you that we will not accept such bloated prices now or in the future!

6. Your sneaky attempt to add more profit to 5star banners (blatant attempt to add more pieces that cant even be seen in an outfit and were never on early promo models) is disgraceful and we wont stand for this violation of our consumer rights. You're already on the edge of gambling laws and quite frankly patch 1.5 has disillusioned many players who can now look past the sparkles and doe eyed characters to see the corporate greed.

7. WE REJECT SEPARATE UNLOCKS ON PALETTES!!!

Once we unlock it on one outfit it must unlock on all outfits of that level! This is unnecessary profit geared bloat and we reject it! We also reject future upgrades that also increase dyeing costs!

While we are getting them to notice things, they need to fix the intro and restore the old story line, this new one is blah. I want Ena back in her chains and the red dress wearing that at the start was so awesome, the new intro... I could rant for hours about it but I won't... I will simply say they need to fix this badly.

I wasn’t planning on spending money on this game anyway (unless I can pay a reasonable amount-($5-$25 max depending on item) and be GUARANTEED to get exactly what I want-in full-I’ll just use the in-game currency I earn. If I run out-I run out, NBD.

So if they release a full outfit I love in a season pass and I’ve already played enough to earn that outfit if I paid, I might pay for the pass but otherwise-I’m not spending on something that’s not a guarantee.

But the devs becoming more greedy and releasing the new patch in such a buggy state (+ the new intro that just…should be something introduced later in the game IMO instead of replacing the old intro) has not left a great impression on me as a new player. It’s a fun enough game but the patch is currently somewhat gamebreaking (at least for me).

Yes thats the point,you can spend that money on literally anything,but he chooses to do so on pixels. I never get it,never will get it. Ive played loads of f2p games without spending a dime while i see people complain about this and that and say how much money they spend on the game. I mean,you do you. But i personally think spending 1200 bucks on a game is borderline crazy to me. But I also know that the devs need these kind of people to do what they do and to keep the game running. In short, I would never do so myself but I know its needed.

I agree with most of it. But why encorage VIPs? They are predatory and greedy and another way to punish ftp and low-spenders and middle-spenders. Hated vip-levels in LoveNikki and ShiningNikki.

To anyone judging people who pay - grow up. We are all (hopefully) adults. We work for money and we get to spend it however we see fit. Just because you wouldn't spend money on a game like this, doesn't mean OP or anyone who pays is stupid.

also the skin tone variety. now we can color our clothes but we are STILL sticking with the same 3 swatches that no one can work with? love and deepspace have a full diverse library so theres literally no excuse??. idk what the point of the surveys are if they wont even listen to basic concerns at this point.

(also, for any racists, because ive heard it all already 🙄, im asian, im pale, but also asian people are pale, and dark skinned, like everyone else. its fking stupid for a dress up game to not have more than 3 swatches, get over it)

I agree. NTM, I wish there were even paler skin tones in addition to more diverse skin tones in general. And more dyes unlocked from the start. I mean, I can’t dye my clothes black or white from the start? Really?
