I want to get through this as soon as possible so I can deal with my own life.

Two years before the game was on steam, It still started off being called "Cute Fame" without the adventure bit being relevant, In some cases I wouldn't need to start here, There weren't be any reason. But, Those years surrounding it was and still were the times I was intrigued with the tools I had been given to make a good enough game, Not something with a clear story, Clear mechanics or exactly knew where it would lead to, And with all that development. It allowed me to progress through my years with something to do, Constantly putting out small bug fixes and updates to my small community of 10 people, 10 strangers some would like to say, For me I called them fans, Even if they were mostly silent.

1 Year Later..

I got the game's second map started, Developing the idea for act 2 and helping myself write up the objective into the 1st act of the game, Giving it some stability in balance changes and making enemy encounters make sense for each area in the game at that time.

But here's the thing, I had grew enough fans to be asked about a steam release? I had intentions, I just didn't think it was time, Until I realized I wanted something more. I couldn't leave the project I was still making, I couldn't work too much on long game jam projects, I wanted to wrap this one up quickly and give it achievements, mods and cloud saves.

So... I brought it to steam, It got all of what it needed to be considered feature complete for me, There was nothing more to add. The feelings for a new project, Something more ambitious, Something more creative and visually impressive was starting to bug me, I had to settle something.

But stepping back sometime earlier. I already decided.. This shouldn't be my last showcase of what I can do, I know I haven't shown all my writing improvements.

So I got to work on a prototype for a new game..

During that phase, I was bug testing and supporting "Cute Fames Adventure" getting it out to more people and helping fix game breaking bugs that were not engine/plugin related, Alot of stuff had been removed just to counter them like new game+, But the point is.

This is all I can offer, I will come back when people show they want that.

I cannot fund the artwork, I do not have as much time for game development in general anymore.

I've started to pursue college, And since then I've had reduced my hours on the current upcoming project to be as much as I could handle, Effectively making it harder to be both online or in engine for either games.

It's not burn out, It's motive. With the influx of any number of fans, With this game I've always felt like it wouldn't take off because of the position it's in, It's engine and the discourse surrounding that, And my role being the developer instead of the artist themselves. I was out matched in most aspects because I couldn't control the art direction, That bothered me heavily and wouldn't allow me to tailor this project back into my own desire, Everything told me I just couldn't add much more.

So I think it's safe to say we're finish with the backstory, I want to get across I am willing to support this title. But please, Mind that I have to do everything on my own time, I need to find my own motive, And when any upgrades in visuals comes I'm the one who's forced to tire themselves out for income.

If you are truly upset over the state of the game I would like to offer the time to say these 2 things, "What are you upset about? Should the developer push themselves more to make it more supported?"

That's all I had planned to say in recent news though. To end things off I'll go over the state of the game with no distractions.

The game is abandoned depending on the person, This title will only be updated when it receives enough income to. (This is the best way to gauge interest and actually fix the visuals. It isn't about the money it's about contributing towards the game's design.)

But, I fully intend to provide a new update to the title once I'm shown everybody wants that for the game, Me, And the vision it previously gave. Now then, I wish you all luck.
