Cloud Save Backup?

So, here's the thing, my fiancé played on my account today and accidentally saved over my save game, but it seems that the cloud saved version is just his save game again. I really don't want to lose 14 hours of progress from the last recoverable save locally. Is there any way to access the cloud save backups like with steam?

I understand that your fiancé has overwritten your progress. The game has up to 20 save slots and also uses auto saves. I believe you should have your progress in one of these slots. If the progress has been overwritten everywhere, there will not be a chance to revert this.
