The spies on the map stopped working

the button just doesn't respond

1. you need a spy
2. if you dont have any, you cant spy
3. you can fill them up in kaguregas
4. you can wait until season change ... because this will fill up automaticly
5. you can get more (i personally have now 8) if you do a little sidequest and help people you found on many locations ingame (mostly there are 2-3 enemys, kill them and talk with the people...)

Bottom left on your map tells you how many you have available to use.

If you have zero, wait for a season change.

You must have used them up looking for targets or smuggling resources.

The most you can have is 9.

They won't respond because you don't have a spy/scout mission tracked. Do that first.

I know all this, I have completed the game completely, the plot and quests, all that is left is to collect the trash and now the scouts are not working

You can only use them if you have a mission tracked that you can use a spy on for whatever reason. Even though when used they can also discover stuff you aren't actively tracking.

So, after completing the entire game and side quests, I can no longer find the missing junk that I didn’t find during the story?

The contract box in kakuregas can still give you 2 points of interest per season if you have the hideout kakurega at level 2 (which you likely do)

The shelter is fully pumped, I need to find the remaining dishes, the remaining places for offerings and the last treasure of 10

It shows me 3 blue marks..but they don't work
I go to the vendors and they talk to me as if I've already bought from them
Is it a bug or..I don't know, but the task doesn't count after the dialogue with them and they don't give me the dishes

Oh, after the patch apparently, but I was able to collect food now
but the last treasure out of 10...it doesn't want me to find it...these are the ones in military locations...

Was the same for me, most likely that means you uncovered the meal vendor on the map already. The kakurega only shows locations of completely hidden ones. I had the same happening with the jizou statues. Best you can do is looking up a guide on where to find them and just try every single one again.
