My guy, you guys are annoying with your "time to get a new PC" Why are there LOW settings if we need the hardware to play on high? God of war ragnarok was adamant that "oh your processor is too old" .. There's a mod that came out that removes the avx2 requirement, and guess what? im playing god of war ragnarok, on high/ultra in 2k resolution and getting 35-50 fps depending on the area.. but apparently, my old ass processor couldnt run the game. Same thing for uncharted, they removed the avx2 requirement and magic, pcs that couldnt run it.. can now run it.
OLD PCS CAN STILL RUN MODERN GAMES IF THEY REMOVE THE AVX2 SUPPORT.. EVEN IF SOME HAVE TO PLAY ON LOW... THATS WHAT LOW SETTINGS ARE THERE FOR.
Low/High settings aren't standardized. It's all arbitrary. It's pointless to say "I can run this game on low so this other game should run on low settings as well"
