At Reddit was a thread with a first fix.
It fixed my Problem.
1. Go from 240hz (in my case) to 120 hz
2. Start the Game, Tab out of the Game and wait for the Menu Sound
3. Tab in, click on Load your Savegame
4. Tab out of the Game and Wait for the Game sound
5. Play the Game.
Other People said the Nvidia 572.60 Driver worked for them.
I had the neweset 572.83.
I hope this will help some of you.
Go to Firewall, Outbound Rules, Set a new rule, block connection, find ACShadows. exe and ACShadows_Plus.exe in the game directory (have to be separate rules) and block the connection.
Remove all saves everywhere and back up
Boot the game up and go through the intro. Make a new save and boot into the prologue. Then exit out. Should be fixed.
Now disable the rules"
