Cant select Dialogue option bug

I reached a bug where I can't select any dialogue option blocking progress, anyone else encounter this?

Same here. I could not select any dialogue after collecting Matsu's Katana. I loaded an earlier save and skipped this part and explored the map a bit more. I came to another person that required a dialogue choice and this was also bugged.
