Step 1: Disable Cloud Sync (Ubisoft Connect & Steam)
Ubisoft Connect: 1. Open Ubisoft Connect. 2. Click on your profile icon (top-right). 3. Go to Settings. 4. Uncheck “Enable Cloud Save Synchronization for supported games.” 5. Click Apply and restart Ubisoft Connect.
Steam (if applicable): 1. Open Steam. 2. Go to Library, right-click AC Shadows, and select Properties. 3. Under General, uncheck “Keep game saves in the Steam Cloud.” 4. Close settings and restart Steam.
Step 2: Manually Delete Cloud Saves (If Needed) • If disabling cloud sync alone doesn’t work, try deleting the cloud save to force the game to create a fresh one. • Cloud saves are usually located at: • Ubisoft Connect: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
• Steam (if applicable): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YourSteamID\
⚠️ Important: Before deleting anything, back up the save folder somewhere safe, in case you need to restore it later.
This worked! Played for 11 hours straight lol. Just dont manually save or fast travel.
