Crash game
Died in a battle at the pier. Kicked out of the game. and now the game won't start, gets to the Checking for Memory add-ons... (93%) point and closes.

Step 2: Manually Delete Cloud Saves (If Needed) • If disabling cloud sync alone doesn’t work, try deleting the cloud save to force the game to create a fresh one. • Cloud saves are usually located at: • Ubisoft Connect: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
• Steam (if applicable): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YourSteamID\

⚠️ Important: Before deleting anything, back up the save folder somewhere safe, in case you need to restore it later.

my game wont load it crashes at 93%

same, went through the discussions and couple people say deleting your save may fix it. but other than that no answers

i deleted the game twice and re downloaded it and still crashes. The only thing i can think of is the graphic setting in game. i think they need to be adjusted but i can't log into the game

I need to delete the in game save and settings. Is there a way to do that without logging into the game?
