Premium starter pack Helix missing?

I pre-ordered the deluxe edition of the game, which came with a premium pack containing a few cosmetics and allegedly 4,200 Helix Credits, including 700 bonus Helix Credits.

I unlocked the in-game MTX store after story progression, and I just have 300 Helix? I have every other cosmetic items but the Helix credits are obviously missing.

I too pre-ordered the deluxe edition, I have the armor and weapons 5 mastery points but zero helix credits and the decorations are missing as well.

Thats not deluxe edition, thats a separate dlc

I got the deluxe edition, hate to break it to you @Hays, but when I click to manage my DLC for the game...... from the deluxe edition it states this in the description.
“The Premium Starter Pack contains 2 exclusive new weapons for Naoe and Yasuke, 5 mastery points, and 4,200 Helix Credits, including 700 bonus Helix Credits, which can be used to unlock extra items, in-game currency, resources, and more." Unless you are arguing with Ubisoft/Steam, there's not much to disagree on here.

I to am experiencing the same issue as the previous members mentioned. No Helix credited to the account yet. I'm unsure if there is a certain trigger for this or not.

I can help shed some light on what comes in the digital deluxe edition:

The digital deluxe edition does not contain the Premium Starter Pack. This pack is a separate DLC which can be obtained. The digital deluxe edition contains the following, as @hays already mentioned (thank you very much for that)
- The base game
- The Sekiryu Dual Pack including gear and weapon sets for both Naoe and Yasuke, the Sekiryu Beast, and Dragon Tooth trinket
- The Sekiryu Hideout Pack including four unique ornaments to customize the hideout for your shinobi league
- Five mastery points

The pre-order bonus contains the "Thrown to the Dogs" bonus quest and the
Upcoming expansion "Claws of Awaji" which you can read more on here[www.ubisoft.com]

You can also find more information of the content and editions of the game here[www.ubisoft.com]

However, some have mentioned that this information is stated within the digital deluxe edition. Would you mind providing us a screenshot of where this is mentioned for you in the store page?

I see yours and Hays point. Then would you mind explaining so I can better understand. Why is it when I click on manage DLC for the game it brings me to the Starter pack DLC? This is where my confusion stemmed from.
