ubisoft account suspended due to multiple failed login ???????????????????????
Ubisoft Connect is the worst garbage ever. I haven’t used this useless app in years, and now I create a brand-new account just to play a game I pre-ordered, and you block me for “multiple failed login attempts”? What a joke. Absolutely pathetic service.

Hello Kainjin!

I am sorry to hear your account has been suspended. We advise waiting 20-60 minutes before logging in again, as every attempt while the account is suspended will extend the lockout. If the issue persists, I recommend clearing cache[ubi.li] and trying to use a different internet connection, for example, mobile data, and then try to log in to the launcher. Please let us know the results.
Welcome to the wonderful world of 'always online' but dont try to connect more than a couple of times a day.

At least the game is fully playable offline, except first times.

I also Love how "Ubisoft Connect" is the same good old garbage as "Uplay" was with "updates" that is nothing but new ads (for games you already own), refuse to save login creds when ever it cant connect to the too often down servers.
On the bright side; it isn't Origin.
Exact same story as happened to me today, apparently it can take two weeks for them to reply, so I use an alternative email and set up a second account.
