Assasin's Creed Shadows screen flickering

Running on a Radeon RX 7900 XTX
Game is occasionally flickering white

Nothing wrong with the GPU as this issue is only happening on this game
Example of it happening here, sometimes it happens a lot, sometimes it goes away for a bit

Play the video at 0.25 speed to see the flashing

**Update
Turning off FreeSync or Gsync respectively will resolve this issue.
