Apologies for the late response.
I'm also sorry to hear that you have experienced the error 'Dolphin-028' when logging into the Ubisoft Connect launcher.
If the issue still persists please try the following:
- Clear your Ubisoft Connect cache[ubi.li]
- Next open up the Command Prompt and type the following to disconnect from internet: ipconfig /release
- Next type the following: ipconfig /renew
This resets the local IP address of your computer, hopefully fixing the issue.
However, if the issue persists can you also try the following:
- Open Task Manager and right click on the Ubi Connect app and select 'end task'
- Launch any Ubisoft downloaded game from its .exe file on your desktop or installation folder
- The launcher will ask you to log in, so please do
- It will then close after logging in and the game should launch Ubisoft Connect afterwards
If none of the troubleshooting suggested above helps, then can you please create a support case[ubi.li]and attach your launcher logs[ubi.li], and our support team will look into this further.
I paid money but your launcher doesn't work. Fix the problems with your servers. Urgent.
