I think its cause ubisoft connect is down. I restarted my PC and it popped up but i cant connect to ubisoft connect. Guessing everyone is trying to get on and it crashed it

The ubi connect window pops up "syncing achievements" then nothing happens.

I had the same issue with Ghost Recon Breakpoint today. You need to opt out of the Steam Beta program. There is an issue with the beta version of Steam.

I finally got it to work. I just kept restarting my PC and it synced to ubisoft connect. I'm sure thats why

I get stuck at the "guide" screen, it just sits there and is obviously running slow. Not sure if I'm supposed to hit some key or its locked up.
