SoundBug, FrameGen Problem.

Here are my first impressions after just under 2 hours on Steam.
The game looks really fantastic and plays extremely smoothly. The story also makes a good first impression. You already want to know more about how things will continue with the two of them.

But what's really not cool at all are all the bugs in the technology.
It starts with the fact that I didn't get a DLSS FrameGen displayed at the beginning. Even with the latest driver and everything. I had to restart the game several times. Then at some point it was there? According to Steam, a lot of people have this error. It continued with the performance. The game is clearly a FrameGen game. Without this option, it will be difficult to achieve a fixed 60 FPS with RT. I play on a 4080 with an i713700KF.

Then the next problem came after about an hour. Suddenly, apart from the character sound, the entire sound was no longer there. Unfortunately, this is still the case. According to Steam, this is also a known bug that is still being investigated. Many players also have this problem. At the moment I can only play the game with character sound. I can no longer hear the environment, noises or voice actors of other characters. I want to love it, but releasing it in this state is unacceptable to me. I really expected 1000% that this would no longer happen to them. Especially with this game. Unfortunately, I was taught better.

As I said. The game itself makes a surprisingly good impression.

I have issues too with FG, on AMD - RX 7800 XT.
But for a different reason I guess?
If I turn FG on, the frames are really choppy and clunky, and the GPU util drops down to 80-85%.

I'm also sorry to hear the two issues that you mentioned with missing the DLSS and Frame Generation options and with your audio dissapearing.

I can confirm that both of these issues have been reported and are being investigated.
