missing codex entries

I miss two entries in the codex, both are quite obvious to find and I am pretty sure that I did.
Marvels of Japan - Kamagawa-Juku (in Kumagawa Juku)
Music and Art - Origami (in Obama)

Especially the one in Kumagawa is hard to miss.

I went to the place a few more times but the data points were not there to (re)-collect.
Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?
