How to increase the rations storage capacity?

I've been googling since launch day and nobody seems to tell me where I can upgrade the storage capacity. I already buy the tea room and upgraded to Level 3. It does nothing except increasing the rations efficiency.

I want to INCREASE the rations storage capacity!
