LMAO update 1.0.2 didn't fix crash on boot with disconnected wifi introduced in 1.0.1
At the very least give us beta branches for older builds. It's been weeks and you still have to disable network adapters to start the game. WTF.

It didn't crash for me before, but it does now.
Care to explain this temporary fix?

Steam already offers those. Here

Hello everyone!

I'm sorry to hear that the game is crashing. Could you please provide us with more information about the issue and the steps to reproduce it?
It's been discussed to death in https://steamcommunity.com/app/3159330/discussions/1/612032512885008752/

One of the issues is that after 1.0.1 update the game is crashing when trying to enumerate some of the network adapters. For me it happens when it tries to get address information from a wifi adapter that's disconnected from the access point. For others it happens when hitting virtual network adapters for VPN, etc.

Thanks for the information. Is the adapter just disconnected, but not disabled from the device manager? Have you tried fully disabling it? In the provided thread, I see that the topic starter and the other player have mentioned that unlinking Steam from the Ubisoft account resolved some issues. Just out of curiosity, have you tried doing this? If not, could you please do that and let us know the results.
Additionally, if you have enough information about the issue, I recommend reporting it through the bug reporter.[ubi.li]
I literally said I have to disable the device twice in this thread alone.
Also as seen in the process explorer logs the game crashes when getting networking information, it does not communicate to anything for account linking to make any difference.
