sorry to hear that language has changed to English after finishing a quest, even though you have it set in Immersive mode and can now not be toggled off any more.
This is a very odd behaviour, and we would like to get a better overview on this issue for you, would you mind providing us the following information:
- You mentioned that you are unable to save the change, do you happen to have an active quest? (even if you are in the hideout)
- Could you also let us know which quest you have completed to which this issue occurred?
- Have you tried to load one of your previous auto saves to see if the issue occurs there as well, or if Immersive mode is working as intended?
Additionally, we have a few steps which we could provide to see if this could help (by ruling out any possibilities that certain game files may not be damaged, missing or corrupted):
-Delete cache files in Steam[ubi.li] and Ubisoft Connect[ubi.li]
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you keep note of your login details for both Ubisoft and Steam, as you get asked to log in again once deleting the cache.
-Restart your PC and login to Steam. Once logged in, try to repair your storage folder as this can also help to resolve certain issues with game files that are damaged, missing or corrupted. On the Steam client, click on Settings >> Storage >> click on the 3 dots on the top right >> Repair Folder
-Verify the game files[ubi.li] as this will identify and repair any missing/corrupted game files.
-Perform a DISM/SFC [ubi.li] scan on your PC, as this will identify and repair any potential issues with your operating system.
Please let us know if you have any other queries.
