(* Spoiler alert *) Can't progress quest - NPCs are dead (Sake and Swords + Nobutsuna's Students)

I'm on the last step of Nobutsuna's Students and shall return to his house. There I find him dead and another npc with a blue quest mark also lying dead and impossible to interact with.
Same story with Sake and Swords - he lies dead when I arrive at the first step :(

Any way to respawn them - I know for sure I haven't killed them :D I have tried to load an earlier save, but with the same outcome. Doesn't matter which character I play either.

Check if the bug is reported. I searched for both quest and there isn't a report.
