Ac Shadows Mastery Glitch

I have completed act 3 and the epilogue of the game yet some of the masteries for Yasuke and Naoe say "progress further in the story". Am I missing something?

I understand that you are unable to unlock some masteries. I recommend finishing side quests, continuing to play the game, and leveling up to see if you will be able to unlock masteries in the future.

I am sorry I shouldve made a response post, I figured it out I was missing a few side quests and I ended up getting them done
