Pixelated/Blurred Hair Strands even at 4K Native

Hair Strands option is broken, it makes hair extremely unstable/pixelated/blurred, especially at a distance. This is terrible and very distracting especially during cutscenes. I have tried every possible Hair Strands option with with Native TAA/DLSS/FSR/XeSS and the result is the same. I have even tried DLSS Presets E/J/K. Normal hair doesn't have this problem.

I am playing with Ubisoft+ btw. I hope this will be fixed ASAP.

Here[imgsli.com] is another comparison. HDR was enabled so colors look washed out.

The problem persists after the 1.0.2 update as well. It would be nice to at least acknlowledge the problem since my issue report on ubisoft.com is still in review after 10 days and you didn't add this issue to the 'Known Issues' list here on steam discussions either.
